Hacienda Villas is a beautiful senior living community located in historical Ybor City, which is convenient to restaurants, movie theaters, comedy club, shopping plaza, trolley, Hartline and Sunshine line.

 The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Family Living

This 5 story low-rise, has 98 apartment homes consisting of efficiencies and one bedroom apartments, ranging from 396-536 square feet. We offer a host of community amenities including a Service Coordinator on staff to assist residents in locating social services. Our apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities.
